The natural canistrelli made me think of my grandmother's (Mammo chi oghe riposa in paese), that says it all. Special mention to the anise canistrelli with a rare subtlety of taste. Fantastic pastries, a must taste when in Corsica. Well worth a detour. Exceptional traditional Corsican pastries located in the most scenic village. Aurelie is a master of her craft, she is so lovely, humble and genuine. Also, while there don’t forget to ask about Jacques Mus’s house - great bit of history!
