I like their products but sometimes I feel like they're selling me yesterday's products instead of today's. This month I went there several times, I had stale baguettes several times and yesterday it was my Jura tart which was very soft.

I give one star for the bread. I've bought traditional baguettes twice now which are hard and stale like day-old bread. This morning 08/15 I asked for 4 traditional baguettes, the saleswoman gave me a bag already ready with 4 baguettes and did not use them where there were all the traditional ones, I found that strange. The bread was hard at lunchtime so my sandwiches were not edible and this evening we are not talking about it. Very disappointed, although we regularly buy bread and pastries and we are not usually disappointed.

Bakery with racist staff, smiles big at most customers and throws change on the counter with a 10 foot long face when it's my turn. Despite daily purchases, we are often served a stale or burnt croissant or bread, as if money fell from the sky, this morning at 7am I was sold an inedible bread, which I am sure was from the day before. Too bad because the staff is as ungrateful as their traditional baguettes are good when they are fresh...
