It was a bad morning experience about a membership card that was not important to me! Indeed, it was the service. The young lady that introduced herself being the manager was arrogant and not a customer service orientated. I went in many countries and this was very disappointing. I shared my feelings on the way how it was done she listened but did not understood. I told her politely that I am considering not coming back...She replied that "c'est dommage!" (Meaning of you did not choose anymore to come to Feuillette Boulangerie as she did not understand that the client is sharing it bad feeling how she spoke to the client about a fidelity card issue".

A really good bakery.

The best bakery I've ever seen. This bakery had ample seating, power points, WiFi, and toilets. I can't understand anyone who would give this less than 5 stars. The diversity and quality of products is phenomenal.
