Très bon chocolat. Personnel agréable et de bon conseil

Une belle adresse pour les gourmands. De très bons chocolats et autres douceurs à base de chocolat. Quelques pâtisseries également. L'accueil est agréable, la vendeuse toujours souriante.

Super chocolatier. Je suis du gers et profite de mes fréquents passages sur Pau pour savourer ses super chocolats qui trône d ailleurs tout les ans à ma table de NOEL. Entre autre super accueil de la petite vendeuse chaleureuse et qui a vraiment le sens du commerce. BRAVO et continuez ainsi

Bought a few chocolates from this store today. We got them in a small plastic bag. After some time however, the bottom of the bag opened and the chocolates fell down on the street. It was a hot day and the chocolates were a bit soft so dirt mixed into the chocolates and we did not want to eat them. We returned to the store to complain, but they refused to accept the problem and said this had never happened before. When suggested that we would report the lack of service on the internet, the lady unwillingly and almost rudely offered to replace the chocolates. She also told that we would not be welcome back in the store. We were surprised by the service level and behavior from a luxury chocolate store. We left without the chocolates and we are not coming back. Chocolates may be good (I spoke not know), but service was not as expected.
