I had heard about this pastry thanks to my aunt, who is a regular customer, and so I made a detour on purpose to taste the products. Needless to say, I was not disappointed!! Everything is there: the taste, the visuals, the friendly welcome. We are obviously focusing on high-end products flirting with haute cuisine, at an affordable price. I came to buy 10 individual cakes on Sunday February 18 at 11:20 a.m. There were about fifteen cakes left. 2 salespeople on site. One of them serves me and while I list my order, the 2nd saleswoman picks up 2 Paris-Brests that I was going to take and tells me that I had to ask for them before her customer. Rude as hell. In addition, one serves me the cakes without gloves with very long painted nails touching the cakes. The other serves the bread, first stroking his hair with both hands. It's a shame that a bakery which offers such good confectionery and a young boss who puts his heart into the work does not demand the highest standards of hygiene. "Whether in the laboratory, in the bakery or in the store, the personnel must wear clean clothing, meeting certain safety criteria and reserved for professional work (apron, safety shoes, etc.). The beard must be maintained, the hair tied back and the nails short, clean and without varnish. All jewelry must also be removed during working hours." Take it seriously, ladies. Otherwise the cakes were delicious but unfortunately the lack of hygiene will mean that this will be the first and last time I set foot there and my credit card!

Hello, I am visiting this pastry shop for the 2nd time. The work of the pastry chefs is very good. However, the hygiene standards of the service need to be reviewed: hair down, service without gloves, semi-permanent varnish which comes into contact with the pastries, the waitress who touches her phone without washing her hands and who licks the cream from her finger … 🤢🤢🤢 I won’t come back… good luck
