We discovered this pretty stand of macaroons in happy colors at the Joigny market. They are excellent, refined and delicious. It's not easy to compete with Pierre HERME or LADUREE and yet they succeeded. In two weeks, we have already purchased 3 boxes, one of which is “ovomaltine” only. A total regression. In addition, they are a charming and adorable couple who always welcome us with a smile. Bravo for creating macarons of this quality and thank you for your availability.

I met him following their events in the Leclerc de Sens. Their macaroons are great, with lots of flavor but not disgusting. Very very good, even a few days later. Never disappointed, I go back every time. The best in their fields!
