I admit that I don't understand the dissatisfied comments... since the purchase, I find that everything is much better and cheaper. I should point out that I did not buy bread but I, like those around me, tasted many pastries, I bought a brioche or a donut (homemade) every morning which were excellent. I also ordered two cakes for a birthday, they were excellent! (Fraisier and Royal chocolate). In any case, I am satisfied with the purchase, the different sellers are all very pleasant!

Excellent bakery and pastry! I was sad to leave the mourning bar so I am all the more happy to find her in Enghien! Well done and continue to enjoy us

Since its takeover at the start of the year, this bakery has become the worst in Enghien. We were loyal customers before the change of ownership: my husband went there every day to get his coffee, croissants, baguettes and even pastries for the family. We have never been disappointed by the quality of their products and the friendly service of the staff. However, since the change of ownership, it has been a real disaster! When they first started, my husband bought a baguette and pastries which were inedible and obviously not fresh. It seemed that these products were from the day before, or even the day before that. My husband returned the next day to politely report this, without asking for a refund or compensation. He just wanted to inform them in the hope that the quality would improve. To our surprise, the response he received was shocking: “No one is forcing you to come buy from us. » My husband, stunned, simply replied: “Yes, you are right, it is me who is at fault. » Since that day, we have decided not to go back there again. Yesterday, we had to go there to buy a snack for our 7 year old daughter, who was going straight to her extracurricular activities after school. There was another lady at the checkout. To help our daughter overcome her shyness, we let her choose what she wanted and pay for it herself. My husband was waiting for her outside. My daughter made her choice, and at the time of payment, there were people, and our daughter, well behaved, did not dare go in front of the other customers. Suddenly, the cashier raised her voice in front of everyone, addressing her: “WHERE ARE YOU SINCE A MOMENT, YOU CAN’T HEAR ME WHEN I’M CALLING YOU? ". My daughter, very uncomfortable, told us this later, visibly disturbed by this experience. Not only are their products inedible, but the staff is immeasurably mean. They lack respect and empathy, going so far as to publicly humiliate a 7-year-old child. They understand nothing about customer relations and have no business sense. I don't know what their goal was in buying this bakery, but it certainly wasn't to attract customers or improve their business. At this rate, they won't last long in the neighborhood. The good news is that their competitors have nothing to worry about. In any case, for our part, we will never set foot there again. SHAME ON THEM!!!

Used to the one in Deuil, I would no longer come to the one in Enghien. I had a tuna sandwich, let's just say it was loaded with salad, lots of salad and a little tuna on the edge of the bun but nothing at all inside. Plus the saleswoman was rude.

Purchases of 6 wholemeal loaves, found to have traces of mold upon returning the same day. Not having been able to come back the next day, I come back the day after that, and the saleswoman refuses to do anything on the grounds that "it's been three days, sir; after three days, it could go moldy". Sorry, but between Wednesday evening and Friday evening, two days passed, not three. Furthermore, I am not available to the shopkeeper to bring back spoiled bread first thing the next day. No excuses either. In these conditions, I will now buy my bread from another baker. A former customer, buying his bread in the establishment for several years...
