Good evening, I went to pick up 4 cakes at Rillieux on Saturday 16/12/23 around 3 p.m. However, I was surprised to find that on certain supports of your cakes, there were stickers of different colors. I think that these stickers correspond to a manufacturing date. I was entitled to an orange sticker and a yellow sticker (so for me, not done today). In addition, the tiramisu was accompanied by a pipette of alcohol and not coffee. So very disappointed. You could (given the price of your cakes) make a discount on products that are not made that day. Knowing that I am a fan of your cakes (since I ordered various cakes for my daughter's 25th birthday three years ago). Awaiting your response, very cordially. Fabienne GRENIER

Regular customer of this store, I am very disappointed with the last purchase, made last week as a Christmas gift. Financiers with a DLC on 12/15 (purchased on 12/9) and orangettes on 12/20.. thanks to the saleswoman for the lack of precision, it's not as if we had discussed gift ideas for 20 minutes ;) Considering the price of the (large) order, it is extremely disappointing. Next year, the chocolates and logs will be taken from the competition.

A very loyal customer for many years, and a gourmand of the excellent pastries from Maison Bouillet, I preferred to choose quality over quantity, choosing a (very small) galette des rois for six people at 27 euros. Absolute disappointment, with a taste without any interest and a texture that is much too dry while being too greasy, an overcooked puff pastry. Unanimously, neither the 2 adults nor the child wanted to serve again and the 3 additional portions remained in the box at the end of the meal, not even sure if they would be touched up. Really, at this price, the only taste sensation left is that of having been fooled. Zero points, the pure butter pancakes of the same size for €5.90 at the local hypermarket, were undoubtedly much better. It may be a dream in Tokyo, but not in Rillieux-la-Pape. I would like to point out that this notice dates from January 2022. I have just realized a year later that its first version had not been published because I mentioned the name of the local hypermarket.

Worst macaron eaten for an excessive price with very little filling, for such a big name I expected better even the supermarket macarons are better and yet I tasted a lot of macarons.
