I went to order a birthday cake 🎂 and showed the lady the photo of the 2019 birthday cake I bought from them! The lady told me no, we don’t do that! And yet it was their home. In short, I found a simple and effective cake in the window. I told the lady okay, I chose this one for tomorrow with (happy birthday 🎊) she replied yes ma'am, your name? ...and your phone number... next day I went to get my cake 🎂 at the party my husband cut the cake 🍰 we started eating, the surprise! The cake is not a cake, but rather a 90% cream with a very very hard red tart!! My direct husband knew of the error in the assembly and it is a cake that could be made by someone unqualified. This bakery is one of the best in Colombes. But that was before, and perhaps the person who made the beautiful creations is no longer there. The main thing is I no longer buy from them.

I moved to Colombes in September as a student and this is the only bakery I’ll use in Colombes and Paris. The prices are very reasonable, I have the same every time (deux pains au chocolat) since it is the best croissant I have ever had! My family have also tried the tarts which are amazing, and the sandwiches and bread are tasty. Would recommend to anyone in the Colombes area.

I confirm all the negative comments. The worst bakery in all of Colombes The friendliness of the employees, particularly that of the boss, does not reflect the quality of their products, which are nevertheless excellent. The baker is unpleasant, impatient and is not attentive or friendly to customers. And above all, check the inside of your sandwiches. In fact, she shamelessly changes the ingredients without asking your opinion or warning you because she doesn't care if it suits you or not. Indeed, I had a very bad experience, I wanted to order a salmon sandwich and in reality the ingredients were not correct. First of all, the bread is not the one indicated on the sign, that is to say Nordic bread. Then it says cream cheese, the baker gave me butter without telling me that she no longer had cream cheese, or asking me if it suited me. So the order does not correspond to my expectations and therefore to what I asked for. In addition, butter and salmon together taste disgusting because they are super fatty. I suggested that she make me the desired sandwich as indicated on the sign. She refused categorically. So it’s definitely a dishonest bakery. You should really avoid it.

One of my favorite bakeries in Colombes. As someone who has a slight wheat intolerance they have some good options containing a low quantity of wheat flour (not suitable for celiacs however): pain de mais, baguette de châtaigne, pain de sarrasin and the macaron de framboise 😋 But dont take my word for it, the queue infront of the door every morning speaks for itself!

I have worked with Jeffery and Veronique now for 4 years. They are hard workers and they have built an amazing bakery in Colombes. I have watched Jeff continually push himself over the years that I have known him to discover new original breads using brut/natural ingredients. They make all the buns for Local Bear and I don’t know how I could have don’t the restaurant without them. Best brioche, best stollen, best croissants, best traditions, they are just the best. American cookies, soft pretzels, delicious cakes and tarts from fresh fruit. I don’t know how they manage to handle 200-600 customers per day. I know as a restaurant owner I get cranky at about 150-200 customer in one day ;) It’s hard to be the best.
